#209 Garlic Knots (by TwoHungryDudes)

I tried my first garlic knot in NYC about 5 years ago.  Haven’t had much luck finding any in the Detroit area until tonight.  New York City Pizza (fitting name, no?) sells these little knots of deliciousness.

Dripping with garlic, butter, and herbs and dusted with parmesan cheese, these are the perfect partner to slice of NY style pizza.
